Graduates of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, IT, industrial engineering or business management specialized in process engineering, mechatronics, automation engineering, automotive engineering, product engineering, environmental engineering and logistics.

At ZF, the Group’s structure is aligned with the market and customers. The company is divided into the seven divisions: Chassis Solutions, Electrified Powertrain Technology, Electronics & Advanced Driver Assistance System, Passive Safety Systems, Commercial Vehicle Solutions, Industrial Technology and Aftermarket.

The trainee program has a duration of 15 months. It is divided into four individual projects in different functional areas. At least one project takes place abroad. Twice a year (July and October), a total of between 20 and 25 trainees take part. The application process begins according to the country-specific application deadline.
